Hi! What a great collection! I have a few of those… and more cookbooks than shelves! 🙂 For bread, I’d like to recommend an out of print book but it can be found via discoverbooks.com or Amazon… the Red Star Centennial Bread Sampler. It’s my bread Bible – and every recipe turns out perfectly! 🙂
