A delicious Eggplant Parmesan that tastes as good as homemade! Love a good Italian meal for dinner but don’t want to put in hours of cooking? Then I got you the perfect option to be still able to enjoy your favorite Italian meal in no time!
This Eggplant Parmesan is as good as the one made at home fresh from scratch but it’s also a life saver for nights when everything seems to go wrong but you still need to put food on the table! See where I am going with this?!
I love the convenience of freezer meals, even though I don’t really use any and mostly cook from scratch fresh meals for us, there are days that this girl needs freezer food to make those never ending horrible day a little better with something delicious for dinner!
This was my first time trying out Michael Angelo’s Italian dinner which by the way is easily available at any super market in freezer isle and I must say I am in love. Simple fresh flavors, all organic ingredients and so easy – just bake and dinner served style meals makes them my favorite. I have tried a bunch but my absolute favorite is their eggplant parmesan which you must try!
We enjoyed it with a big salad and it was perfect for both of us to share. Though if you are eating just this only, then this is perfectly portioned for one serving.
They have bunch of different Italian meals available. I have tried :
- Eggplant Parmesan
- Shrimp Scampi
- Lasagna with Meat Sauce
We both ended up declaring Michael Angelo’s Eggplant Parmesan as our favorite because it’s made with fresh eggplants, lightly breaded and with just the right amount of sauce. Then it’s topped with mozzarella and a blend of imported cheeses which makes this dish taste as if you prepared it at home after slaving hours in the kitchen!
So go ahead and give these amazing preservative free meals a go! Trust me, you will love them!

I too have used Michael Angelo’s Feozen Egg Plant Parm. for years.
Over the last few years I’ve perceived a steady decline in the amount
of cheese used in the recipe, tomato sauce seems to have taken its place.
It was once excellent. Today’s version is usatisfying to me and I have stopped buying it.
